Registration is open ONLY to businesses within the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District boundaries. 

 
This site is for the exclusive registration of businesses in the East Passyunk Avenue BID and approved sponsors.
Flavors on the Avenue does not offer an 'open call' for vendors. Craft vendors are being curated by Nice Things Handmade:

All approved/completed registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

    ONLY available to East Passyunk retail and service businesses who wish to place a tent/table in the street in front of (or adjacent to) their brick-and-mortar location OR who will be open for business that day so that no other vendor is placed in front of your establishment.

    NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE FOR EPA BUSINESSES -- however, you must register

    NOTE: This category is NOT for craft vendors or other businesses outside of the EPA Business Improvement District.  All outside vendors please contact info@nicethingshandmade.com

     

    For East Passyunk Restaurants who wish to sell BEER, WINE OR LIQUOR in addition to food and non-alcoholic beverages.  Please be aware of the PLCB requirements for extension of premises or catering license and the City's drinking corral requirement.

    NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE FOR EPA BUSINESSES -- however, you must register

     

    For East Passyunk Restaurants who wish to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages (no beer, wine or liquor).

    NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE FOR EPA BUSINESSES -- however, you must register

     

    For East Passyunk Establishments who wish to sell BEER, WINE OR LIQUOR ONLY (no food).  Please be aware of the PLCB requirements for extension of premises or catering license and the City's drinking corral requirement.

    For EPABID Food & Beverage businesses who will NOT be selling in the street area BUT who will be open for business that day.

    Balance due for those who paid the initial Health Department $55 "on time" filing fee but did not submit their Health Department TFSA paperwork by the deadline.  This LATE FEE is assessed by the Health Department, not by Festival Management.

    REQUIRED filing for any establishment that will sell any food OR beverage outside of their licensed kitchen (this includes selling from an inside window). 

    Pay your filing fee for the TFSA Health Department application here. You must pay and submit completed/signed paperwork with on-time fee by March 31 and with late fee from April 1 to April 14 FINAL DEADLINE.
