This site is for the exclusive registration of businesses in the East Passyunk Avenue BID and approved sponsors.

All approved/completed registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

For East Passyunk Restaurants who wish to sell BEER, WINE OR LIQUOR in addition to food and non-alcoholic beverages. Please be aware of the PLCB requirements for extension of premisis license and the City's drinking corral requirement.
Pay your filing fee for the TFSA Health Department application here. You must pay and submit completed/signed paperwork with on-time fee by March 31 and with late fee from April 1 to April 14 FINAL DEADLINE.
ONLY available to East Passyunk retail and service businesses who wish to place a tent/table in the street in front of (or adjacent to) their brick-and-mortar location.
NOTE: This category is NOT for craft vendors or other businesses outside of the EPA Business Improvement District
