Fill out the Health Department Application (TFSA) -- below link -- in order to sell OR sample/give away any type of food or drink. By Health Department standards, anything that goes into the human mouth is "food" (ice, gum, bottled water, beer, hamburger, chewing gum, and so on -- it's all "food").
For your help in filling out the form, please download the Health Application Instructions below. This contains the "answers" to what Health Department is looking for you to do in order to be compliant.
Once your application has been APPROVED by Health Department, you will be issued a License Eligibility Report (LER) stating that you are now eligible to purchase the required Outdoor Food Vending License #3112. For your convenience, we have both the form and payment link below.
EPABID will go to the Department of L&I and secure your license for you (a) upon receipt of your LER from Health Department, (b) your submission of form #3112 to EPABID and (c) your online payment of the $165 L&I fee.
