    This is a juried event. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance within ten business days.  Once your application has been accepted, you will then be invited to register and pay.

    Registration is for 10'x10' SPACE ONLY
    (Space does not include tent - all vendor spaces must be tented - there are no 'table only' spaces allowed)

    Your credit card will NOT be charged until your acceptance has been approved.

    Shared space between two artists/artisans will be $125 -- select the add-on option during check-out and list both vendor names and contact information.

    This category is for any vendor wishing to sell FOOD ITEMS

    Please tell us the exact length of your truck/cart or tent footprint.  We we plot extra space for "customer circulation."

    Food vendors will be required to file paperwork for the Health Department (unless already an approved mobile or permanent vendor) including payment of all filing fees.

    This category is for any vendor wishing to sell Alcohol (with our without food) within the confines of the PLCB regulations (extension of premises, off-premise catering, beer or wine sales permit).
    Vendors will be required to file paperwork for the Health Department (unless already an approved mobile or permanent vendor) including all filing fees.

    This registration category is limited to Vendors serving/selling DESSERT, COFFEE, SPECIALTY FOODS ONLY items (no lunch or dinner item foods) -- subject to approval

    Establishment will be responsible for filing and paying for:
    - Phila Health Department application for outdoor food/beverage handling
