Establishment will be responsible for filing and paying for:
- Phila Health Department application for outdoor food/beverage handling

(space registration does not include tent, tables or other equipment rentals)

This registration category is limited to independent small businesses and organizations (NOT VALID for corporate vendors, chain or independent franchise or direct-sales businesses -- e.g. Arbonne, Mary Kay, Avon, Scentsy, etc.)

Registration is for 10'x10' SPACE ONLY
(space registration does not include tent - all vendor spaces must be tented - there are no 'table only' spaces allowed)

This registration category is limited to businesses that make/sell handicrafts, art or photography art that are 'one of' and small quantity -- not bulk or mass produced gift or 'art items' for resale.

To qualify qualify for a $55 Artists discount, please send an email to info@festivalsignup.com with examples of your work/craft (e.g. Etsy page, web site, Instagram, photos).

This registration category is limited to select/invited nonprofit institution (proof of nonprofit status required).

10'x10' space add-on contiguous to primary 10'x10' registration space for the same vendor (not valid for 'shared spaces' with another vendor).  LIMIT ONE additional 10'x10' space per vendor (subject to availability)
