All Vendors participating in Old City Eats on June 5 2025 ("Old City Eats") must "check" their agreement to the following Indemnification and Insurance requirements and sign below as a condition of participation and to indicate their agreement with the following:
1. INDEMNIFICATION: In consideration for the undersigned Vendor's participation in the Old City Fest Vendor agrees to indemnify defend and hold harmless [A] Old City Community Fund [B] Old City District and [C] SpecialtyUSA LLC

2. INSURANCE: Each Vendor must provide the Old City Community Fund with a Certificate of Insurance showing the following minimum coverage: [A] General Liability Insurance: $1 million each occurrence / $2 million general aggregate [B] Workers Compensation at statutory limits [C] Employers' Liability at $100000 each accident and $100000 each employee/disease with $500000 policy limit [D] Liquor Liability (if applicable): $2 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
The Old City Community Fund and the Old City District (231 Market Street - Philadelphia PA 19106) and SpecialtyUSA LLC. (708 Rodman Street - Philadelphia PA 19147) and their officers directors and employees must be included as Additional Insured as respects the operations of the named insured.
