All applications are subject to approval by the South Street Headhouse District.  You will be notified once your application is approved (within 5 business days).  NOTE: Fees for all approved applications are final and fully non-refundable* (*if South Street Headhouse District or the City of Philadelphia determine that the Festival must be canceled, all vendors will be fully refunded).

    This registration category is limited to RESTAURANTS within the South Street District boundaries serving food & beverages and/or beer/alcohol

    ALL FOOD+LIQUOR SET-UP gives you "as much space as you need/desire" (subject to availability and space constraints of the Festival layout).

    You may save $100 if you only desire a BASIC SET-UP (includes only one 10'x10' area for vending + one 10'x10' required drinking corral space).  Please email Mark at info@festivalsignup.com for discount code for this set-up.

    This registration category is limited to businesses that make/sell handicrafts, art or photography art that are 'one of' and small quantity -- not bulk or mass produced gift or 'art items' for resale.

    To qualify qualify for a $50 Artists discount, please send an email to info@festivalsignup.com with examples of your work/craft (e.g. Etsy page, web site, photos).

    Pay your filing fee for the TFSA Health Department application here. You must pay and submit completed/signed paperwork with on-time fee by April 15 and with late fee from April 16 - April 25 FINAL DEADLINE.

    All vendors in this category are subject to the South Street Spring Festival managment approval.

    Rates for 10' x 10' space begin at $500 (local independent reps - e.g. Arbonne, Scentsy, etc.) and up for local, regional and national companies.
