    Specialty Productions will procure the money order and file
    the (completed) form for you if you scan/email the completed
    form to us by the following deadline(s):

    ON-TIME DEADLINE: April 1 ($55*)

    FINAL LATE CHARGE DEADLINE**:  April 19 ($125* with late fees)
    *For 200 sq. ft. or less of actual food handling area - you do not need to pay for drinking corral area
    **NOTE: the Health Department does not guarantee reviewing late submissions in time for the Fest
    Fest Management will not process any applications on your behalf after April 19
