This registration category is limited to BARS & RESTAURANTS within the Northern Liberties BID boundaries serving food & beverages and/or beer/alcohol.

STANDARD SET-UP includes one 10'x10' area for vending. You may request additional space -- as much as needed -- for no additional fee! (space registration does not include tent, tables or other equipment rentals)

Establishment will be responsible for filing and paying for:
- PLCB application for extension or premises OR off-premise catering
- Phila Health Department application for outdoor food/beverage handling

This registration category is limited to Vendors serving/selling DESSERT, COFFEE, SPECIALTY FOODS ONLY items (no lunch or dinner item foods) -- subject to approval.

Health Department Temporary Food Service Application (TFSA) fee for any food (pre-packaged or prepared on-site) OR beverage (canned, bottled or poured): $55 if paid AND paperwork submitted* by April 3 / $125 if paid or paperwork submitted between April 4 through April 17 (final deadline). 

*On time payments with LATE paperwork submission will be charged the $70 late fee.

This registration category is limited to businesses and organizations located within the Northern Liberties District boundaries.

Secondary 10'x10' space add-on contiguous to primary 10'x10' registration space for the same vendor (not valid for 'shared spaces' with another vendor).  LIMIT ONE additional 10'x10' space per vendor (subject to availability)

Balance due for those who paid the initial Health Department $55 "on time" filing fee but did not submit their Health Department TFSA paperwork by the April 3 deadline.  This LATE FEE is assessed by the Health Department, not by Festival Management.
