All rental items will incur a 28% charge to cover the cost of delivery, set-up, trucking, labor, damage insurance and sales tax.
This amount will automatically be calculated and shown as "tax" in your order

    On-time deadline to PAY and SUBMIT the Health Department TFSA form: September 19 (automatically charging $125 late fee effective Sept. 20 through Sept 29 -- FINAL DEADLINE).  Find the TFSA form and instructions to assist with filling out the form by clicking FORMS.

    Balance due for those who paid the initial Health Department $55 "on time" filing fee but did not submit their Health Department TFSA paperwork by the deadline.  This LATE FEE is assessed by the Health Department, not by Festival Management.
