Submitting an application DOES NOT GUARANTEE its acceptance.  Old City Fest is an all-weather event. All approved/completed registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

    This registration category is limited to restaurants or food trucks serving food & beverages (no alcohol) that have been expressly INVITED to participate in Old City Fest 2023.

    Registration is for up to 10'x10' SPACE ONLY
    (Space registration does not include tent or other equipment rentals)

    This category is reserved for Old City District partners who have been specifically invited to join the festival.

    This is NOT an open category for any local, regional or national business/organizations.

    Interested arts & crafts and specialty product vendors may email info@festivalsignup.com with information about your products/crafts for consideration (web site/Etsy site/Instagram).  If accepted, you will receive a special code to get the $325 Invited Vendor rate.  Thank you!

    (Space registration does not include tent - all vendor spaces must be tented - there are no 'table only' spaces allowed)

    Balance due for those who paid the initial Health Department $55 "on time" filing fee but did not submit their Health Department TFSA paperwork by that 9/11/23 deadline.  This LATE FEE is assessed by the Health Department, not by Festival Management.

    Sponsorship fee includes (if desired):
    10' x 10' Fest registration space
    10' x 10' tent, one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs

    Sponsors will be sent a special SPONSOR CODE to register for their space, tent/table/chairs (if desired).  Community Sponsors are not required to have a vending presence at the Old City Fest in order to be a sponsor.
