This is the thermal unit only.
Restaurants will be responsible for supplying SEPARATELY (on their own):
- liquid soap
- paper towels
- 10 gallon waste-water bucket to collect dirty running water
- trash can/box next to hand-washing unit
- table to place hand-washing unit on (does not require a separate table / may be set at the end of a prep table)

has dome overhead approved by both Fire Deptartment and Health Department for outdoor cooking

NOTE:
1) Propane NOT included / ordered separately (we recommend that you order from rental company to ensure that all couplings fit and complete integration with grill)
2) Commercial grade fire extinguishers are required by Fire Department with any grill.  You may rent from the rental company or supply your own.

 

This is the same unit as Propane Grill with domed lid approved by both Fire Dept. and Health Dept. -- only with two griddle plates added that sit on top (see photos of griddle plates)
Total Griddle plate area is 23" x 55"

By Fire Department code, all grills/griddles are required to have a commercial fire extinguisher on-site (you may supply your own).
